Shipping policy

All orders are carefully prepared by our dedicated team during the workweek (Monday–Friday; statutory holidays excluded). Unless the product listing says otherwise, we typically ship within 4–5 business days. For U.S. buyers, we’ve streamlined shipping through our American distribution center, so you never have to worry about unexpected customs fees. While we’re doing our best to dispatch promptly, please allow up to 15 business days in transit, as we rely on current stock levels at our U.S. hub.
